The event was graced by popular Zambian Musician, Humanitarian and Special Olympics Ambassador Brain Bwembya, a.k.a, B Flow who aided in distributing prevention items such as Facemasks and Liquid hand soap. The Items were distributed to representatives of Nkwashi Basic School, Twafane Community School and to some disabled children in the community.

The guest of honor at the event was Mr. Mayamba Sitali from Kwame Nhruma University, who is in charge of the research aspect of the Kickout Covid-19 Project. Mr. Sitali explained the importance of keeping all COVID-19 regulations and encouraged the young leaders attending the workshop to go out and sensitize their communities of the dangers of COVID-19 and how to prevent themselves from getting the disease. He advised them to encourage the communities to mask-up, wash their hands regularly and maintain social distancing. He added that as leaders, the young participants now had the duty to make sure that their communities are safer than before.
