Sport in Action (SIA) and Junior Achievement (JA) Zambia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at achieving a mission of improving the lives of young people.
The MoU was signed on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 by SIA Executive Director Frankson Mushindu and his JA counterpart, Teddy Nyasulu.
The MoU will see SIA young people provided with entrepreneurial skills development while also acquiring the educational pre-requisites required for effective and beneficial participation in the Junior Achievement Company Program Methodology.
Over the years, SIA has had a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children, young people, parents and guardians in all the fourteen districts dotted around the country and with the MoU in place, JA has committed to reach out to 50 young people participating in SIA Programmes.
The two organisations have stated that the signing of the MoU will act as a tool to facilitate the achievement of the intended goals for both organizations.
Mr. Mushindu has disclosed that SIA is pleased to partner with JA Zambia adding that both parties are looking forward to working together in realizing the commitments made in the MOU.
